Tuesday’s Workout – March 5th (Legs & Back)

Tuesdays are for legs and back. 😁 I kept everything light in terms of weight but with higher reps, as I’m still getting used to being back in the gym. The weight will gradually go up with time. I used a hammer strength machine to workout my chest on the right side; it’ll be a while before my finger heals and I regain the grip strength I need to get back to the bench press for my chest and chin-ups for arms. So, along with regularly training legs, I’m doing whatever I can. #fyp #fypシ #workout #legday #gym
