Happy Wednesday! Another day, another great workout. My session this afternoon consisted of curls, crunches; cables; reps on the low row machine; and some bench press for the chest & triceps. Along with 30 mins of cardio at home (π³ on the Switch with music, dancing & practicing boxing combos π₯)
In case anyone is interested: my calories consumed today will be somewhere around 1,700. I’ll eat at least 150 grams of protein (animal & plant) and no more than 150 grams of carbs from non-fruit sources. I’m trying to get most of my sugar & carbs from fruit these days, as I keep hearing that it’s ideal to eat lots of fruit – which seems obvious in hindsight. π
